Andrew Yska

Vice President Annuity Sales & Operations

Andrew began his career with us as an intern, during his Junior year at the University of Central Florida.  During  his tenure, he participated in all aspects of marketing, case management, contracting, and distribution.  Andrew became full time in January 2008, working his way to managing  the Marketing Division and eventually working his way to the Annuity Sales Desk.

His outstanding understanding of annuities, along with his near-encyclopedic knowledge of specific financial services products has made Andrew a valued resource to MarketMaxx and  the agents he works with.

Peter Wilson,

Executive Vice President

After graduating from St. Bonaventure University, with a BA in Marketing and Finance, Peter went on to serve in the Peace Corps in the South Pacific. Upon returning, Peter started his journey in the Insurance industry as a career agent in 1984 with Connecticut General in Detroit, Michigan.

"I've been so fortunate in my career to work in all phases of our industry. Beginning my education with work at one of the best career agencies, learning what really matters most. Then becoming a successful independent agent, working with multiple carriers. Getting involved in the bank channel in its infancy stage, then working with the product manufactures as both a regional and divisional VP.

The cycle is completed by being able to work within the framework of The Bollinger Companies both on the life, annuity and asset based LTC, dealing with the agents, the carriers and the third-party relationships.

What has been ingrained in me is a very basic premise, no matter where you are in any of these positions, the end user, the client, is always the focus. By continually looking for solutions to solve problems, they will always be taken care of.

In his 4th year he started his own boutique Financial Services company, Wilson & Associates. Its area of expertise was Estate Tax Planning, Buy and Sell agreements and Charitable Giving. The business was sold after 14 years and Peter relocated to Charleston, SC where he helped start the life insurance channel in First Union Bank. As MONY of New York was launching its brokerage division, Peter was recruited to help get that venture started. A few years later MONY was purchased by AXA where Peter went on to be a Divisional for them. After a successful stay there he went on to be a Vice President of Sales for AIG, where he worked for three and a half years before joining The Bollinger Companies as their Executive Vice President.

Jeffery S. Dressel, CLU, ChFC

Senior Vice President, Life Sales

Following his 1985 graduation from Dominican University with a BA in Economics and Business Administration, Jeff entered the life insurance industry with a career life company in Chicago, receiving recognition as the top rookie agent. After 5 years of continuous high performance, he was selected to develop a brokerage operation, focusing on the estate planning market and the new survivorship life products. In 1994, Jeff was recruited by a national brokerage agency to relocate to Florida. His focus was to help representatives of national wirehouses to sell life products to their estate planning clients. A few years later he took the position of Regional Vice President for the Southeastern U.S. with a major Mutual Holding Company.

“I enjoy working in an industry that is constantly evolving with new products and new marketing concepts; it is a real motivator for me. Helping experienced industry professionals in the sale process by implementing new products and concepts adds value to the relationship and leads to profitability for both parties. ”

Jeff is tireless in his efforts to bring unequaled service to the independent producers with whom he works. While maintaining impeccable ethical and professional standards, he helps producers generate additional revenue by providing them with state-of-the-art marketing and product resources. He is a true team player with producers and their staffs. His background in both retail and wholesale operations gives him an advantage that he brings to his professional relationships. Jeff is active in the Society of Financial Service Professionals where he served as the Tampa Bay Chapter President for 2004-2005. He is also a member of NAIFA. He lives in Tierra Verde, Florida with his wife and two children.

Victor G. Grieco

Sales Vice President

Vic brings more than 20 years of insurance brokerage experience to The Bollinger Group. Shortly after graduating from Bentley College in Waltham, MA in 1985 with a BA in Accountancy, he relocated to South Florida. Recruited by the premier disability firm in the country; Provident Life and Accident, Vic’s insurance brokerage career was off and running. Transitioning into life brokerage, the crux of Vic’s experience has been with firms that include John Hancock , Life Brokerage Corporation/Transamerica, BISYS/CRUMP and The Producers Group Advantage.

“Doctor Grieco” was a nickname extended to me several years ago by a very well respected broker who admired the way I laid out a perfect game plan for him to go out and sell a significant case. To be able to understand and coordinate both the medical history and the product design aspects of a case and present it in a simple and concise manner is why brokers enjoy working with me. Vic is past President and Treasurer of GCAHU: Gold Coast association of Life Underwriters. Vic and his wife Mary Kay reside in Wellington, Florida. They enjoy time with their family, friends and two dogs (our kids). Enjoy cruising together on their Harley Davidson’s. And you might even find Vic tickling the ivories to one of his favorite Billy Joel tunes.

Marlin formed The Bollinger Group after spending more than 25 years as a producer, manager, consultant, and corporate officer in the insurance industry. As a Senior Life Sales Vice President for Travelers Life & Annuity, Marlin developed a unique understanding of the brokerage community. Prior to entering the insurance business, Marlin spent several years in the radio and advertising industries.
